Using white vinegar:

If the needle method did not work for you, then you should try the white vinegar method. Make sure you try the needle method firstly because the white vinegar method is not good for your shower head. As the white vinegar is acidic, it may damage the shiny upper coating of the shower head. That is why it is recommended to use the needle method first. 

So, for this method, white vinegar, water, and a plastic bag or Ziploc bag will be used. First, mix one cup of white vinegar and one cup of water in a bowl. Now, pour this mixture into the shopping bag or Ziploc bag and submerge the shower head into the mixture. The vinegar will dissolve all the deposited bicarbonates in it, and the shower will start working perfectly again. 


Both of the above-mentioned methods work very well. In most cases, the needle will solve your problem, but if it does not, then use the vinegar method; also, if you make it your habit to descale your shower head 3-4 times a year. There will not be any severe blockage in your shower head. So, try to descale it after some time.

When sunbathing or swimming it is important to remove your contact lenses. Contact lenses generally require good hygiene, and with seawater being filled with protozoa and bacteria, it can be dangerous for your vision keeping your contact lenses in. In fact, when water goes in the eye, the contact lens will absorb the water and create an environment where bacteria and germs can grow and multiply.

Whilst certain types of contact lenses can’t be worn at all in the water, if used when swimming, it is suggested to use disposable contact lenses to throw away after use if you do decide to wear some. However, wearing goggles is still the best option to avoid contact with water.

Finally, it is recommended to remove contact lenses before tanning as this might cause sensitive eyes, because of the eyes drying out because of the sun.
